Can I Still Get Sylvie On Bumper Boats

Vegetables Quinoa Meatballs Fish escaped

Ingredients for about thirty balls.

- Half a cup of Quinoa;
- half sheet of nori;
- A Carrot;
- buckwheat flour as needed;
- Salt to taste;
- Breadcrumbs as required;
- Oil EVO

In traditional Florentine cuisine, one of the best sauces and what is called "rabbit sauce escaped" is where everything except the rabbit. These polppettine with Nori seaweed have all the flavor of the sea, leaving in peace the tenants.
First, toasts the nori on the stove until it becomes a shimmering and crumble.
In a pot of steel (steel is not necessary even if you prefer) begin to cook the quinoa with two parts water with the carrot, cut into julienne strips, nori and a grain of salt, just to balance firing (rule macrobiotic).
As you cooked add the buckwheat flour to increase the density of the dough, just water add the salt will be absorbed and the dough will be ready for the meatballs.
At this point you should leave it rest in the fridge for a night or less, if you are hungry.
When the mixture has thickened we can work it. Let the balls and breaded in breadcrumbs with a light drizzle of olive oil, after which we cook in oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
I chose to serve a decorative carrot leaves of radicchio.

soon and good life to all, Gianni
